Antalya
Antalya is a town of some 2.2 million people lying directly on the sea on the southern coast of Mediterranean Turkey. Antalya offers great weather as well as new and old world charm. The town is famed for its golden sandy beaches and the stunning views of the Taurus Mountains and surrounding forests.
Antalya has state of the art, luxury accommodation at affordable prices but also has a legacy of historical monuments and records dating back to 200 BC. The city and its outlying area features ancient monuments dating back to the Roman Empire including Hadrian’s Gate and has an extensive museum with exhibits and artefacts that date back to the Neolithic period.
